PERSONAL BILL CONCIERGE

The Project goal was to help architect and design the userflow and interaction for this financial services startup. The intial objective analyize what causes users to abandon the site. 

OnePay aggregates customers bills into a single bill and a single payment per month; secondly it is the only service out there that is actively looking at how to save you money by lowering your monthly spending.

Application redesign, structure and product flow. Performed a contextual task analysis to better understand the task procedures that users follow to reach their goals within the product. Usertested the preliminary prototypes at the Capital Factory in Austin, TX.
